1. Toolpushers
Requirements :
• Shall have at least seven (7) years of well services workover experiences including three (3) years of experience as a toolpusher and shall have completed the following training schools or programs:
- Held valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.
- Held valid MIGAS Ahli Perawatan Sumur Certificate.
- Certified MIGAS Basic Rigging & Slinging.
- Certified Advance Fire Fighting and First Aider
- Minimum graduated from Senior High School.
2. Rig Engineer
Requirements :
• Shall have at least seven (5) years of well services workover and shall have completed the following training schools or programs:
- Held valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.
- Minimum held bachelor's degree of engineering.
3. Mechanic / Electrician
Requirements :
• High school graduate or equivalent (minimum).
• Has five (5) years employment as a mechanic/electrician assigned to a drilling rig or work over rig: and familiar with hydraulic operating system; diesel engine, generator,
• Capable to troubleshoot engine and rig operation problem, familiar with rig equipment preventive maintenance program
• Holds a valid certificate in maintenance management.
• Good communication skills.
4. Material Control (Material Man)
Requirements :
• Shall have minimum 3 (three) years' experience as Material Controller for Drilling, Workover, Well Service or Completion Jobs.
• Shall have basic knowledge about Rig's equipment including their specifications and dimensions.
5. Derrickman
Requirements :
• Shall be Migas certified (Operator Menara Bor) and have minimum 5 (five) years' experience.
• Shall have the following duties :
- Supports daily rig operations/activities as needed by driller and tool pusher.
- Responsible for complying with Company and Contractor HSE Procedure and Standard.
- Capable of having good communication with rig team leader.
6. Drillers
Requirements :
• Shall have at least seven (7) years of well services workover experiences which includes two (2) years of experience as adriller and shall have completed the following training schools or programs:
- Held valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.
- Held valid minimum MIGAS Juru Bor Certificate.
- Certified MIGAS Basic Rigging & Slinging
- Good communication skills.
7. Welder
Requirements :
• Have minimum 3 (three) years as welder for rig operation.
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Have qualification as welder for oil and gas operation as Company's HSE regulation and government/Migas certificates.
8. Truckpusher
Requirements :
• Have a minimum of 3 (three) years as truckpusher for rig operation.
• High school graduate or eqivalent
9. Carpenter
Requirements :
• Have a minimum of 3 (three) years as carpenter supporting rig operation.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
10. Assistant Mechanic / Electrician
Requirements :
• High school graduate or equivalent (minimum).
• Has three (3) years employment as a mechanic/electrician assigned to a drilling rig or work over rig: and familiar with hydraulic operating system; diesel engine, generator.
• Capable of troubleshooting engine and rig operation problems, familiar with rig equipment preventive maintenance.
• Good communication skills.
11. Assistant Welder
Requirements :
• Have a minimum of 3 (three) years involved in welding for rig operation.
• High school graduate or equivalent
12. Helper
Requirements :
• Have a minimum of 3 (three) years as helper supporting rig operation.
