We are seeking skilled Fitters to join our team for a large-scale hiring initiative. As a Fitter, you will play a crucial role in assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and components according to specifications. Your expertise in reading blueprints, using hand tools, and operating machinery will be essential to ensure precision and quality in our manufacturing processes.

Job Title:
Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to assemble mechanical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, weld, and shape metal parts to precise measurements.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role i.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in assembly work.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Willingness to work abroad for a period of 2-12 months outside Indonesia.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
