PT. Oil States Indonesia currently looking for candidates to fill positions below:
1. Welder
Responsibilities:
- Perform Welding in ine with engineering drawings, welding procedure spesification, and manufacturing orders/shop routers accordingiy 10 customer and internal requirements.
- Set up, coordinate, check, dean, maintan welding equipment and tools, other related equipment in the workshop.
- Accept and carry out any additonal work-related enstructions/activites, to the best Of his ability, as determmed by the department supervisor /manager.
- Execute welding, grinding, Name cutting, material handing and other relevant fabrication actuvibes in line with Engineering drawing, welding procedure specifications and manufacturing order/shop routers according to customer and Internal requirements.
- Perform usage of pipe drifts, O/D gauges, and the stenciling machine for templates and marking.
- Assist in training new welders at any time, HF or when required, passing own his knowledge, with a view to eventual succession
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience,
- Basic knowledge of fitting would be advantageous
- Familiar with SAW and GMAW/FCAW on Carbon Steel and alloy Inconel/or Stanless Steel.
- Experience in X-ray Quality welding.
- Able to read and understand the welding procedures, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and shop routers.
- Possessing good written and communication skills in English Will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team.
- Willing to work in d rotatang shift schedule.
2. Machinist
Role Summary:
The position holder will be responsible for the guality of the products and is
reguired to achieve given production targets. Job holder must also perform regular
housekeeping and to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate machine components to the requirements of route sheets and drawing instructions.
2. Complete connector inspection job sheets.
3. Perform daily routine maintenance checks and report any problems to supervisor.
4. Report to Machine Shop Supervisor on machning and production matters.
5. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times which will designated area, which will include the upkeep of your machine and surrounding floor area,
6. Complete production route sheets by ensuring Operation are stamped when work is completed
7 Manitor tools insert life and look for ways to improve

Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years CNC machining experience with Fanuc control
- HONOR SEIKI experience preferred, but not essential.
- Must be able to read an engineering drawing blueprint.
- Must be conversant in geometri tolerances.
- Must be fully conversant with basic Inspection measuring equipment, Including O/D micrometers, bore micrometers, depth micrometer, Vernier calipers, ball gauges, and thread gauge.
- Understand basic trigonometry (sine, cosine, tan )
- Be able to read and speak basic English.
- Ability to pay attention to details and be a good team player.
